With Windows 10 you no longer have to pay Microsoft for a Developer License to create and test your own apps.
You can actually just enable developer mode and then run your apps or you can even sideload other peoples apps that are not in the store.
To enable Developer Mode
- Press the Windows-key, type Settings and load Settings.
- Click on Update & Security
- Select the For developers tab.
- There you may either enable “sideload apps” or “developer mode” whichever suits your needs best
